Buying & cooking tips:

  1. Frozen are better than canned peas.
  2. When buying frozen look for the petite variety.
  3. Canned or frozen peas can have a high sodium content so rinse them well before using them
  4. When using fresh peas the fresher the better as they age the sugar content transforms into starch.
